摘　　要： 在计算机技术日益向农业生产管理领域渗透的大背景下,针对灌区管理的普遍需求和项目区实际特点建立了功能简捷适用、结构科学合理的灌区管理信息系统。系统的主要功能有:基本信息服务、实时监测与自动控制、需水预测、用水调度、图形报表、办公自动化管理、数据库管理、系统维护。结合系统在项目区的应用,证明了系统的开发建设是成功的,具有应用推广价值,也可以为同类系统的建设提供参考。 Under the background of the IT be used more and more in the management of agricul- ture, production pointed to the common demand and real feature of the management in irrigation district, a powerful MIS with simple application and reasonable structure has been developed. The main function of this system are basic information service, real-time monitoring and automatic control, water need forecasting, water distribution, graph and table management, auto- matic office management, DBMS, system maintainance. The successful cases of application have shown that it＇s practicable with extension value, can be supplied the reference to build a MIS for other irrigation district.
