电站锅炉膜式水冷壁温度场特性的数值计算

摘  要: 建立了电站锅炉膜式水冷壁温度场二维稳态计算模型,采用有限容积法建立离散方程,编制求解流体换热和管壁导热耦合决定的锅炉膜式水冷壁二维温度场导热反问题数值计算程序。利用程序计算分析了1000MW超超临界锅炉垂直管圈膜式水冷壁的温度分布特性,计算结果可以很好地反映水冷壁管壁及鳍片温度分布规律,同时计算收敛性良好。计算结果表明,不同负荷率下,膜式水冷壁截面炉膛向火侧温度最高,在低负荷时管壁向火侧外壁温度最高,而高负荷时向火侧鳍端温度最高。 Two-dimensional calculating model and programs of membrane waterwall termperature fields in plant boilers are created. Based on finite volume method ( FVM ) the discrete - equations and the program of membrane waterwall termperature fields are carried out to calculate the inverse heat conduction problems of two-dimensional temperature fields affected by the fluid convection and the wall conduction. It is used in calculations for membrane waterwall temperature fields in the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical pressure once-through boiler. The simulation results agree well with the distributing law of membrane waterwall termperature fields in plant boilers, and good computing convergence is obtained. According to the calculating results,the highest temperature of membrane waterwall occurs at the flame facing ring end under high load, but it occurs at the outer water wall tube of flame facing side under low load.
