摘 要: 红外热像仪与水银玻璃温度计校核一致性良好,使用红外热像仪测温应正确选择拍摄距离、正确设定发射率和环境条件参数。红外热像仪适用于评价松铺沥青混合料的温度均匀性,而不宜用于评价碾压后的沥青混合料。级配离析对温度离析是有影响的,红外热像甚至可反映级配离析的情况。红外热像反映出使用转运车后,即使是全幅摊铺机温度离析也控制得较好,可见转运车减小温度离析的效果超过了摊铺宽度过大的影响。 The infrared thermograph matched with mercury filled thermometer in measuring temperature quite good. The measuring distance, radioactive ratio and surrounding indexes should be set correctly using infrared thermograph. The infrared thermograph is fit for evaluating temperature difference of hot asphalt mixture just paved, but not fit for those compacted, which was covered with a film of water. Gradation segregation has influence on temper- ature difference is discovered. Gradation segregation may even be reflected by infrared pictures. Infrared pictures also shown that temperature difference is controlled even behind full-width spreader as transfer car is used.
