19种植物提取物及活性组分对褐飞虱的产卵忌避作用研究

摘  要: 测试了19种植物提取物及活性组分对褐飞虱的产卵忌避活性。结果表明,在10mg/mL浓度下处理24h,对褐飞虱产卵忌避达70%以上的有断肠草(枝叶)、红楝子(枝叶)和鸦胆子(果实);其余16种植物提取物对褐飞虱的产卵忌避率均在70%以下。活性组分24h生测结果显示,红楝子的氯仿萃取物和乙酸乙酯萃取物的产卵忌避率分别达98.17%和88.70%;断肠草的氯仿萃取物和正丁醇萃取物产卵忌避率分别为90.26%和63.19%;鸦胆子的脂溶部分产卵忌避率达86.00%,其他活性组分的产卵忌避率均低于65%。 Extracts of 19 plant species were tested for oviposition deterrent activities against Nilaparvata lugens Stal. The results showed that, after 24h treated with 10mg/mL concentration, oviposition deterrent indices (ODI) of extracts of Gelsemium elegans Benth (leaf), Toona sureni (B1.) Merr (leaf) and Brucea javanica (L.) Merr (fruit) possessed over 70%. The ODI of the rest extracts possessed fewer than 70%. The active components were tested by the bioassay. The results after 24h treatments indicated that the ODI of extracts of Toona sureni (Bl.)Merr (leaf) by chloroform and ethyl acetate were 98.17% and 88.70%, respectively. Extracts of Gelsemium elegans Benth (leaf) by chloroform and butanol were 90. 26% and 63. 19%, respectively. Extracts of Brucea javanica (L.) Merr (fruit) by liposolubility reached 86%. The other extracts of the active components were lower than 65%.
