摘 要: 高效化是当前焊接技术的发展方向,据此提出了一种基于DSP控制的逆变脉冲电源,建立了双丝气体保护脉冲焊系统。采用了相位相差180°的脉冲电流进行焊接工艺试验,在合适的参数条件下焊接过程稳定,焊缝成形美观,并实现了高速焊接。 High efficiency is the developing trend of modern welding technology. An inverted pulsed power supply is put forward in the paper, and a double wire gas-shield pulsed welding system is established. We carry through the welding technology experimentation with the pulsed current in the discrepancy of 180° waveform. The welding process is stable; the appearance of weld is satisfying in condition of appropriate parameters, and high speed welding is realized.
