摘　　要： 从发电企业的实际情况看,在对发电企业的配置效率进行评价时,输入、输出指标的相对重要程度不同,采用单纯的DEA方法和带AHP约束锥的DEA模型对发电企业的配置效率进行评价。存在一定的局限性。文中运用系统分析的方法,采用时间为决策单元,建立DEA/AHP 2阶段模型对发电企业的配置效率进行评价。通过对H发电企业1994—2004年的配置效率的实证研究,验证了该方法用于发电企业配置效率相对有效性评价的科学性和可行性。 When the configuration efficiency of the power generating enterprises is evaluated based on their specific conditions, the relative importance of the input and output indexes is different. By only using the DEA method and the DEA model with the awl-shaped AHP binding has some limitations. This article used the systematic analysis, adopted the time as decision-making unit, evaluated allocation efficiency by building the two-stage model based on the DEA/AHP. The research of H power generation enterprise＇s allocation efficiency is carried out. The method is scientific and feasible.
