摘　　要： 根据农业技术项目的特性、项目社会评价的特点,以农业技术项目社会效应及其作用机理为切入点,建立社会评价指标体系和评价方法,以寻求对农业技术项目的社会影响进行客观、全面评价的可行途径,为政府干预和调控农业技术进步提供科学手段。 The purpose of this papte is to study the social evaluation features of agricultural technology projects through expounded the necessity evaluation of agricultural projects, analyse the social effects and its mechanisms, and estabish the society evaluation target system of the projects and the methods of evaluation, in order to find the feasible way of objective and comprehensive social assessment
