摘 要: 对丝绸服装的感知质量展开了实证研究,得出了以下几个结论:一是消费者从7个维度来感知丝绸服装的质量,并且最重视的是舒适因素和外观因素;二是个体因素对感知质量有影响作用;三是根据感知质量的不同,可以将消费者分为4类。同时也调研了部分消费者不购买丝绸服装的原因。并根据研究结果,对将来的研究趋势做了初步探讨。 Consumers'perceptions of silk clothing quality had received few research attentions. This article investigated how consumers perceived silk clothing quality, through empirical study and found that: (1) Consumers perceived quality from 7 dimensions and they cared most about comfort and appearance cues. (2) Perceived quality varied with demographic information. (3) Consumers could be classified into 4 types according to their perceived quality. (4) A few consumers had never bought silk clothing for some reasons.Based on this study,the authors provided some suggestions for future researches and silk manufacturers.
