摘　　要： 针对荆州市护城河水污染现状,在对污染来源和特点进行试验分析的基础上,结合荆州市社会、历史和经济等方面的情况综合阐述了荆州市护城河水污染的形成原因,并探讨了治理对策。分析表明,由于形成原因的综合性和复杂性,荆州市护城河水污染的控制是一项系统工程,需要政府结合地级市经济基础薄弱,管理经验落后等情况,从经济、技术和管理三大方面入手,综合考虑,统筹规划,全面改进对污染源的管理,在护城河所负担流域内实行雨污分流,积极采用运行成本低的生态处理方式,同时进一步提升护城河的生态旅游价值,才能从根本上有效的进行护城河水污染的控制和水质的保持。 Based on the experimental analysis of Jingzhou city moat＇s pollution resource and its characteristic,it discusses the forming cause and control strategy of water pollution from social,historicaland economic aspects.The result shows that the water pollution control of Jingzhou city moat is a systems engineering because of integration and complication of forming cause,so it need the government to think over all aspect of the problem and plan as a whole,laying heave stress on changing the idea,improving the management of pollution resource and adopting low-cost ecological treatment technology first.In addition,it is necessary to implement separated drainage system in moat drainage area and improve the value of moat tour higher.Only doing all above,it will be possible to realize harmonious development of social economy and environment.
