摘 要: 对造纸机械旋转件现场动平衡技术进行了系统研究。结果表明,对于现场诊断过程中可能出现的耦合故障,可通过模拟研究确定;影响系数法更适于造纸机旋转件的现场动平衡;采用非接触电涡流传感器测轴振较接触式传感器测振,减少了振动信号的干扰,实现了快速、准确对不平衡故障的诊断。通过对复卷机底辊的现场测试与动平衡实践,成功地完成了目标辊体的现场动平衡。 In order to solve rotating parts unbalance problem in the domestic high-speed paper machine, site balancing technology for rotating parts of the paper machine was studied systemically for the first time. The results indicated that the coupling faults arising in the course of field diagnosis can be simulated in the lab, the influence coefficient method is more suitable for site balancing of rotating parts of paper machine, comparing with using the contact style sensor, using non-contact eddy current sensor to measure the shaft vibration can minimize the interference of the vibration signal and diagnose the unbalance fault rapidly and accurately. Through field measurements and balancing practice for the bottom roll of the winder, the target roll was balanced in place successfully.
