摘　　要： 由于自然环境变迁和人为活动影响,三江源自然保护区生态安全形势越来越严重,部分地区生态恶化已经影响到当地社会与农牧业经济的可持续发展。对三江源自然保护区自然人文特征和生态环境建设面临的主要问题进行了系统分析,提出了保护与治理的基本思路及重点实施的三大工程。 The situation of securities in SanJiangYuan reserve area is growing increasingly serious due to the affection of human activities and the change of natural environment. It has been impacted the sustainable development of the local society and the farm - stock economy in part of the area. This article systematically analyzes the main issues about the natural and humanity characteristics and the ecological construction, with the suggestion of basic thoughts on the protection and governing, and three main projects to be implemented.
