摘 要: 从理论模型分析、试验平台、硬件、软件四个方面阐述了跌落式冲击试验监控系统的设计。该监控系统发挥了PC和PLC的优点,使用VB和PLC开发工具,使整个监控系统具有良好的操作界面及多种设定运行模式并能全部自动完成。本冲击试验台最大加速度达到500g甚至600g;脉冲持续时间(脉宽时间)为1~65ms。 The design of the monitor-control system of drop-impact test was introduced from the theoretical model analysis, the test platform, the hardware and software systems. By using VB and PLC development tool, the monitor-control system plays a PC and PLC advantages, the whole monitor-control system has a good interface and a variety of operational models and sets which can be completed automatically. The maximal acceleration of the drop-impact test device reaches to 500g, or 600g, and the pulse time changes from 1 to 65ms.
