摘 要: 借助有限元分析程序 MARC/Autoforge,对方轧件在椭圆孔型中轧制过程进行了数值模拟,重点分析了轧制过程和变形区中轧件的温度分布和温度变化过程。数值模拟结果与实验结果的比较表明,数值模拟结果与实测结果完全相符。 This paper presents details of numerical simulation of square to oval hot rolling process.With the aid of FE code MARC/Autoforge,particular attention is paid to predict the temperature distribution and temperature history in the slab during the rolling process.Comparison of calculated results with experimental data shows good agreements.
