摘 要: 目的探讨天然高本底辐射照射对当地居民外周血中P53蛋白表达的影响。方法选取35名阳江天然放射高本底地区(HBRA)男性居民作为暴露组,邻近地区(CA)男性居民35名作为对照组,应用Western Blotting法测定两组人群外周血中P53蛋白含量。结果HBRA居民和CA居民外周血P=53蛋白相对含量分别为(0.992±0.155)和(1.055±0.170),两者差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);经年龄、吸烟、饮酒、射线接触调整后,与CA居民相比HBRA居民P53蛋白表达下降,但差异无统计学意义(OR=1.241,95%CI0.407~3.783)。结论低水平电离辐射长期作用人体,其外周血中P53蛋白有一定程度的降低,但尚不能判断长期小剂量辐射与P53表达高低的关系。 Objective To explore the P53 protein expression in peripheral blood in inhabitants of high background radiation area(HBRA). Methods 35 male inhabitants were selected from HBRA in Yangjiang as the exposure group,35 male inhabitants were selected from Enping( control area,CA)as the control group. The content of P53 protein in their peripheral blood was detected by Western Blotting assay. Results The contents of P53 tumor suppressor gene protein were (0. 992 ± 0. 155) in HBRA and ( 1. 055 ± 0. 170) in CA, respectively, but there was not statistical difference between them( P 〉 0.05 ). Adjusted by age, smoking, alcohol drinking and medical exposure, no significant differences were found between them ( OR = 1. 241,95% CI = 0. 407 - 3. 783 ). Conclusion The contents of P53 in peripheral blood of inhabitants are not different between two areas.
