桉木CTMP化学预处理废液的微电解法脱色处理

摘  要: 本论文研究了桉木CTMP化学预处理废液的微电解脱色处理效果,并探讨了影响处理效果的几个因素。正交试验结果表明,废液pH值对处理效果影响最大,其次是Fe/C体积比、铁屑粒度和反应时间。在pH=4,Fe/C体积比=1∶1,铁屑粒度>20目,用铁屑量25g,反应时间15m in的条件下,废水色度去除率>90%,CODcr去除率>45%,表明微电解法能有效地对桉木CTMP化学预处理废液进行脱色,降解有机污染物,为后续生化处理创造有利的条件。 Decolorization treatment of eucalyptus CTMP chemical pretreatment effluent with micro-electrolysis method was studied in the paper, and factors influencing the treatment effect were discussed. Experiments showed that pH was the most important factor to influence the decoloration effect, and other factors, such as Fe/C proportion, scrap iron size and reaction time had also some effect on treatment efficiency. Under the optimum condition of pH4, 1:1 Fe/C volume proportion, 25g scrap iron and 15minutes reaction time, decolorization rate was over 90%, and CODcr removal rate was above 45%. The experiments indicate that micro-electrolysis method can be used to effec tively remove the color and organic pollutant in CTMP effluent,which is good for subsequent biological treatment.
