摘 要: 采用纤维功能化方法,制备了彩色荧光纤维和无色荧光防伪纤维,用荧光光谱仪对荧光特性进行了分析,并对荧光防伪纤维在水中的分散性能及抄造性能进行了研究,对其在防伪纸中的应用特性进行了探讨。研究结果显示:制备的彩色荧光纤维在自然光下显黄绿色,紫外光照射下发绿色荧光;无色荧光防伪纤维在自然光照射下为白色或无色,在长波长紫外灯照射下发红色荧光,其激发波长为325nm,发射波长为615nm、650nm。应用实验显示在纸中添加少量彩色荧光纤维和无色荧光防伪纤维抄造的纸张具有明显的防伪特征,不同的添加方式抄造的纸张具有不同的防伪效果,可应用于不同的领域,适应防伪包装、证券纸、票据纸等领域的防伪要求。 Color and colorless fluorescence fibers were prepared by functionalization of chemical fibers. The fluorescence properties and application potential of these fibers were studied. Results show that the color fluorescence fibers are yellow in nature light and emit green fluorescent light excited by UV light. While the colorless fluorescence fibers show white ( or colorless ) in nature and emit strong red fluorescence light under UV light. The emission wavelengths for colorless fluorescence fibers are 615nm and 650nm. Both fluorescence fibers show good anti-counterfeiting properties when they are used in anti-counterfeiting paper making and may find wide applications in anticounterfeiting packaging, security paper, certificate, and some related areas.
