摘 要: 设计并实现了基于LabVIEW的轴心轨迹测量系统.系统由多功能转子实验台、电涡流传感器、数据采集卡、微机和数据采集处理软件组成,利用LabVIEW软件构造出实时数据采集、保存系统,并对传感器进行了标定.通过此系统用户可以方便地把握转子轴心轨迹的变化情况,及时发现和诊断故障. The axes center trail measurement system which is composed of multifunctional rotor test-rig, the electric eddy sensors, the data acquisition card, the microcomputer and the software of data collecting and processing is designed and realized based on LabVIEW. The system can gather and save the real-time data related to the axes trail of the rotor based on LabVIEW. The sensors are demarcated and by using the system the users can conveniently grasp the change of the axes center trail and find, diagnose the fault in time.
