摘　　要： 食品运输安全是我国食品物流安全的薄弱环节,其中主要原因之一是因为我国食品运输安全政策与法规建设的不完善。通过分析现状及存在的问题,借鉴发达国家的经验,提出了我国食品运输安全管理法制建设应以HACCP标准为依据,并给出了加强我国食品运输安全政策与法规建设的具体建议。 Food transportation security is the security weak link of food physical distribution in China, one of the main reason is imperfect in policy and laws of food transportation. By analysing current situation and questions, according to the successful experience in developed countries, this paper proposes that our country food transportation safety control legislative work should take the HACCP standard as the basis.
