摘 要: 无论是从完善社会主义市场经济体制的目标来看,还是从完善政府社会管理和公共服务职能的内在要求来看,都有必要用法的形式对就业歧视行为实行制止和限制。因此,制定反就业歧视法不但有党的现行方针政策的指导,也是完善社会主义市场经济体制的必然要求,并且有我国宪法和法律提供依据和保障。 To refrain and restrict employment discrimination through laws is not only a goal of improving socialist market economic system but also a need of improving govenmental funcfon of social administration and publit service. Therefore, to formulate law of anti employment discrimination is not only guided by the current guideline and policies of the Party, but also requested by the socialist market economy and guaranteed by the constitution and other laws in China.
