摘 要: 以活性炭负载三氯化镧为非均相催化剂,对乙酸与苯乙醇之间的酯化反应进行了研究,考察了催化剂用量、醇酸摩尔比、反应时间对乙酸苯乙酯收率的影响。结果表明,活性炭负载三氯化镧催化剂有良好的催化活性,当苯乙醇的加入量为0.1 mol,酸醇摩尔比为1.3,催化剂用量为0.5 g,回流反应45 min时,乙酸苯乙酯收率可达到93.4%,且催化剂重复使用8次仍保持了较高活性,所得产品元色透明,具有很高的纯度。同时对产品进行了组成分析和红外光谱的表征。 Esterificafion of phenethyl alcohol with acetic acid was studied using lanthanum chloride supported on activated carbon as heterogeneous catalyst. The effects of reaction conditions including molar ratio of acetic acid to phenethyl alcohol, dosage of catalyst, and reaction time on the yield of phenethyl actate were examined. The result showed that lanthanum chloride supported on activated carbon had good catalytic activity with the yield of phenethyl acetate up to 93.4 % under the optimum conditions as follows: the amount of phenethyl alcohol 0.1 mol, the ratio of acetic acid to phenethyl alcohol 1.3, dosage of lanthanum chloride supported on activated carbon 0.50 g, reaction time 45 minutes at reflux temperature. The catalyst still kept high activity after repeated use for 8 times. The product was colorless, transparent, and very pure. The product was characterized by IR and refractive index.
