摘 要: 在研究热虹吸管工作机理的基础上,开发设计出热虹吸管能量回收装置。通过实验分析了空调新风温度、工质充注率、倾角、管排数以及迎面风速等参数对热虹吸管换热器温度效率的影响,探讨了迎面风速与热虹吸管换热器回收热量的关系,得到了充注率、倾角、迎面风速、管排数等参数之间的最佳匹配方案,为工程实际应用提供了参考依据。 Develops the thermosiphon heat recovery equipment based on the operating principle of the thermosiphon. According to test results under summer condition, analyses the influence of fresh air temperature, refrigerant charging rate, installation obliquity, number of the pipe rows and face velocity on the temperature efficiency of heat exchanger, discusses the relation of the face velocity and the amount of recovered energy, and obtains the optimal match combination among the charging rate, obliquity, face velocity and number of the pipe rows. The result can be used as a reference for engineering.
