摘 要: 针对大庆油田深井高温、高压裂压力及测试、压裂管柱的特点,在轴向屈曲分析的基础上,综合考虑井况、井身结构、管柱组合、施工顺序,以及考虑库仑摩擦力,考虑井口和封隔器的约束及其对轴向变形、轴向力的影响,给出了试气井下管柱载荷、变形、应力计算方法与公式,编制了井下管柱力学分析软件。据此,可以分析各试气工序下管柱的屈曲状态、载荷、变形、应力及强度安全性,并指导管柱组合和施工参数选择。 Based on the high temperature and high pressure in deep wells of Daqing oilfield and the characteristics of testing and fracturing strings, the running string load, deformation and stress calculation methods and equations for gas test well are listed. These methods and equations are obtained based on axial inflexion analysis with comprehensive consideration of well conditions, hole structure, string combination, operation procedure, coulomb friction, restrict of well head and packers and their effect on axial deformation and axial force. The mechanical analysis software for downhole string is established. With the computation methods and formulae or the software, the inflexion conditions, load, deformation, stress and intensity of running string for different gas testing procedures can be analyzed to help string combination and selection of operation parameters.
