摘　　要： 根据广州市"禁摩"背景和居民出行调查数据,分析广州城市居民摩托车出行特征和计算"禁摩"后摩托车出行方式的转移,针对"禁摩"政策对居民出行方式的影响,建议采取优先发展公共交通、适度发展私人交通、合理引导自行车交通等对策,使"禁摩"政策有效解决城市交通问题。 Based on the background of motorcycle forbidden policy and the survey data of resident trip in Guangzhou, it analyzes the characteristics of motorcycle traffic and calculates its transfer. According to the impact of ＂forbidden motorcycle＂ policy upon the resident trip mode, it resolves the facing difficulty from prior to develop public traffic, moderate develop private traffic, logical lead bicycle traffic, and make ＂forbidden motorcycle＂ policy to resolve the urban traffic effectively.
