摘　　要： 民办高等学校教学系统符合ISO9000族标准中"组织"和"产品"的含义,ISO9000族标准中"以顾客为中心"的质量管理原则也是民办高等学校教学质量管理的最高原则。引入ISO9000族标准来规范民办高等学校的教学质量管理和服务过程,要着重解决好教学质量管理体系的要素设计、结构设计、标准化文件的制定以及信息化平台的构建。 Teaching system in private higher education institutions complies with definitions of ＂Organization＂ and ＂Product＂ in the ISO9000 System, where the ＂customer - centered＂ principle in quality management is also regarded as the highest principle in teaching quality management in private higher education institutions. When introducing ISO9000 standards to regulate teaching quality and service, it is very important to work out essential factors such as the designing of a management system for teaching quality, the standardization of documents and the establishment of an information conveyance system.
