摘　　要： 内脏脂肪素(visfatin)是2005年初发现的脂肪组织分泌的脂肪细胞因子。Visfatin具有胰岛素样的降糖作用,并调节脂肪代谢,参与机体的炎症应答,具有自分泌和旁分泌的功能。研究发现,糖尿病、肥胖以及其它一些疾病病人血浆Visfatin的水平出现升高,运动干预可以降低1型糖尿病病人血浆Visfatin的水平,血浆Visfatin水平的变化为我们研究和治疗内分泌紊乱和代谢性疾病提供了新的内容。 The visfatin was discovered producing by Adipose Tissue on January 2005. Visfatin has insulin mimetic effects, can lower plasma glucose levels, regulate fat metabolism, involved in the inflammatory response, with autocrine and paracrine functions. A study shows that the plasma visfatin increases in the patient of diabetes, obesity and other diseases, also visfatin concentrations in patients with T1DM can be lowered by regular physical exercise. The change of plasma visfatin provides the new content for research and treatment of endocrine disorders and chronic metabolic diseases.
