摘　　要： 站在新的历史起点上,认识休闲体育教育的意义。阐述了休闲体育教育的目的、任务和内容,休闲体育的特点、实施的途径和方法,健康地度过自由时间,完善人的生命过程,提高人的生命质量。通过休闲体育教育,积极推动社会主义精神文明建设,为全面建设和谐的小康社会做出贡献。 To recognize significance of leisure sports education by standing on a new history jumping-off point. This paper explicates the purpose, tasks and content of Leisure sports education. Then discusses the features, ways and means of implementation. Importantly, to spend spare time fitly, perfect people＇s life process and enhances the life quality. Actively promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization according to the leisure sports education aim of contribution to construct the harmonious well-off society comprehensively.
