摘　　要： 分析了密封盖的结构特点以及双物料注射成型工艺,针对塑件脱模过程中的难点,在模具中巧妙设计了二次脱模机构。实际生产证明,模具设计合理、动作可靠,对同类零件的成形工艺及模具结构设计有一定的参考价值。 The structural characteristic of a sealing cover and the bi-plastic injection molding process were analyzed. A feasible and reliable two-step ejection mechanism and an injection mould were designed for the proper demolding and manufacturing of the products.
