摘 要: 本文介绍了网络信息环境下我国购物网站的发展现状,竞争情报的基本概念与特点。从宏观的角度对网络环境下购物网站的竞争环境、竞争对手进行讨论,并提出相应的竞争策略,为企业提高核心竞争力与今后开展反竞争情报活动起一定的指导作用。 As a form of E- commerce, the shopping websites are accepted by most users. The competition between the websites is more and more inteuse. They must start to analyze the competitive intelligence. The article discusses the development of the shopping websites, explains the concept and characteristics of competitive intelligence under online infomration environment, and researches on the competitive environment, the competitors and the tactics of shopping websites to promote the competent advantages and contribute to counter intelligence.
