摘 要: 基于TDS5052B数字示波器设计了一种简化的光子信号采集和自相关算法。基于示波器中的嵌入式Windows2000操作系统,应用LabVIEW和VisualC++软件,实现了光子信号的高速采集以及基于多-tau原理的数字相关。与BrookHaven光子相关光谱仪进行比较,结果表明,该光子信号采集与自相关算法是可行的。 A simple collection method of photon signal and arithmetic of autocorrelation are introduced, which is based on TDSSO52B digital phosphor oscilloscope, Based on Windows2000 operating system embedded in oscilloscope, using LabVIEW and Visual C++ software, fast collection on photon signal and digital autocorrelation based on muhi-tau were realized, Compared with Brookhaven instrument of photon correlation spectroscopy, the results show that this method of photon signal collection and arithmetic of autocorrelation is feasible.
