摘　　要： 本文通过分析总部经济在全球价值链的战略布局,探讨了总部经济为我国企业带来的嵌入全球价值链升级的路径。总部经济的形成使我国企业切入全球价值链体系,为其嵌入全球价值链升级准备了前提条件,总部经济的发展促进我国企业不断提升企业国际竞争力,而国际竞争力的提升是实现全球价值链升级的根本途径。 This paper analyzes the strategic position of headquarter economics in the global value chain, and discuses Chinese enterprises＇ upgrading route inserting into global value chain brought by headquarter economics. The formation of headquarter economics brings Chinese enterprises into global value chain, which prepares for its upgrading. The development of headquarter economics accelerates Chinese enterprises＇ international competitiveness, which is the essential upgrading route inserting into global value chain.
