摘　　要： 面对煤碳资源有限、石油资源供给紧缺,水电资源开发代价高,风电、太阳能开发量小,能源危机日益逼近的情景,本文根据我国生物质能资源丰富,开发利用前景广阔,且有益于资源环境保护和经济社会效益增加,以及能源消费结构变化,农村用能及商品性能源增加的情况,指出应大力开发生物质能源,为促进其健康发展,需构建生物质能开发利用的资金投入、市场、政策、技术支撑体系。 In the situation of coal resources in limited,short-supplied of oil resources, high-cost hydropower.wind power.solar energy development in small cases and the energy crisis approaches gradually,according to china＇s abundant biomass energy resources. development and utilization of vast prospects,and the benefit of environmental protection and economic resources to increase social benefits.as well as structural changes in energy consumption,and the increase in energy commodity and rural energy.this article pointed out that should vigorously develop biomass energy and promote their healthy development,development and utilization of biomass energy required capital investment, market.policy, technical support system.
