摘　　要： 本文分析了广东海洋渔业结构调整优化的总体思路，从海洋渔业三产结构、市场结构、产品结构、技术结构、功能结构、规模结构、劳动力就业结构等方面，对广东现阶段海洋渔业产业链调整优化的方向和重点进行了探讨，并提出了深入研究、科学规划，为海洋渔业结构调整提供指导；加强海洋渔业资源保护和环境修复，为结构调整提供资源要素；加强制度创新，为渔业结构调整提供制度平台；加强海洋渔业科技创新，为结构调整提供技术支撑；加强持续能力建设，为结构调整提供发展后劲；加强龙头企业扶持力度，为结构调整提供载体等关键对策。 The author analyzed how to restructure and optimize Guangdong marine fishery, focused on the direction and breakthrough of the present industrial chain in marine fishery from the third industrial structure;markets; technologies; functions;scales and manpower, then presented the key strategies to make research and plan so as to guide the restructuring;to protect the marine fishery resources and restore the environments;to offer resource elements; to innovate rules and regulations so as to set up a systematic platform;to innovate marine fishery science and technology so as to offer technical supports; to construct sustainable capabilities so as to offer reserve power;to support the leading enterprises so as to offer a cartier to restructuring.
