摘　　要： 运用研究性教学是高校教学方法改革的重要特征,也是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才的必然选择。《植物学》作为高等师范院校的第一门专业基础课程,对学生在本科学习期间学习方法的形成、实践能力的培养、创新意识的建立起着至关重要的作用,该课程教学成效的优劣直接影响到后续专业课程的学习质量。作者通过教学内容的选择、讨论与交流、案例讲解、答疑和点评、总结与强调、论文评阅等步骤精心设计了研究性教学过程,经过几年的实践,取得了良好的效果。 It is an important trait that Research-based Teaching is employed in reform of teaching method in Chinese higher education.It is also inevitable choice for training high-grade specialized talents with the creative spirit and practical ability.《Botany》,as first basic course in higher normal university,plays an important role in cultivation of students' innovation spirit and practical ability.Teaching effect of the course will directly affect the study quality of subsequent courses.Authors planed aboratively the procedure of research-based teaching,including choice teaching content,discussion and communion,explanation of cases,question answering and review.The plan was verified very effectual in three years practices
