摘　　要： 高校的根本任务是培养人,思想政治工作是培养人全面发展的灵魂。“培养什么人”、“如何培养人”是高校的重大课题。本文针对民办高校学生思想状况的实际,有针对性地开展思想教育工作,对学生思想政治工作的有效途径进行探索。 The basic task of higher education is to educate. Ideological and political education is the core of the education for all - around development of a person. Thus ＂what to educate＂and＂how to educate＂ stand as key subjects for higher education to study. Based on the current ideological and political situation of college students, this paper explores the effective ways to promote ideological and political work in private - owned higher education.
