摘　　要： 本文从为什么要构建高职“校企合作工学结合”人才培养模式这一问题出发,依循产学合作教育的法律、政策依据,构建“校企合作工学结合”人才培养框架,概述广东白云学院“校企合作工学结合”培养高素质高技能人才的实践轨迹。 This paper investigates the education mode of ＂school- enterprise cooperation and work- study combination＂ in higher vocational colleges. The author suggests that the pattern be consistent with a series of education related laws and policies, and that it be necessary to carry out this education mode. Then the author exemplifies the practice of this education mode in Guangdong Baiyun Institute.
