摘　　要： 本文在比较全面地分析学生宿舍中地域性群体学生特点的同时，有针对性的提出管理对策：按地域合理安排学生住宿；启用不同地域的学生干部；利用不同地域学生中的先进分子协助老师做好个别有问题学生的思想工作；开展各项有益的宿舍文化活动，并且老师适时给予正确引导。 In this paper the author comprehensively presents the domitory＇ s regional characteristics of the college students, and brings out his dormitory management solution： in accordance with their different regional origins, put students in different domitories, make different students management cadres, and encourage different students to help the resident assistant to practice management. And the cultral and art activities should be held regularly in dormitories, with resident assistants＇ guidance.
