摘　　要： 根据共青团中央的文件精神，团学组织作为高校学生思想政治教育工作的重要阵地，应充分发挥政治优势和组织优势，采取有力措施，以适应新时代社会发展的要求。民办高校的团学组织有其自身的特点，应灵活多样，积极探索有效的途径，不断创新与发展。 According to the document spirits of Central Communist Youth League, the League organization is an important position of thoughtful and political education for university students. To meet the demand of society development in new era, the political and the organization advantages of the League should be taken good use of, and effective measures should also be adopted. The League organization in private - owned higher education has its own characteristics, therefore, the diversity of workstyles should be noted, as the same time more effective ways should be explored to advance the work further and better.
