摘 要: 为了让全速风力发电机在非线性、时变性和存在干扰、纯滞后的情况下实现对蓄电池充放电的最佳控制,应用模糊原理,确定了模糊控制器的结构和算法及其输出量的反模糊化方法,扩大了查表控制算法所需的存储空间,构建了模糊智能充电系统,有效的利用了风能。 In order to realize the all speed wind power generate electricity control the storage battery charging with optimization under the condition of nonlinear, mutative, interferential and pure lag, the fuzzy Controlling principle was applied in the control charging system in the paper. It confirmed configuration and arithmetic of fuzzy controller, and the ant-fuzzy method of input and output. It had magnified packet space that is needed. The intelligent charging system is conceived.
