摘　　要： 包装机械在收放卷过程中,卷材卷筒直径的变化会引起张力的变化,而恒定张力是保证产品质量的关键。张力控制器,充分利用混合信号微处理器片上的A/D及PWM等功能,简化了系统设计。采用张力传感器检测卷材张力的大小,与设定的张力值作比较,进而给出恒流控制磁粉制动器力矩,使卷材张力保持恒定。文中还叙述了传感器测量接口电路原理和磁粉制动器恒流控制接口电路原理。 Tension varies with changing of the diameter of coiling block in winding and unwinding processes of packaging machinery. Constant tension is the key to guarantee the product. Tension controller is simplified by taking the advantage of embedded mixed-signal system-on-a-chip MPU within A/D converter and PWM function etc. Using tension transducer to measure tension of coiled material, comparing measured tension force with setting tension, and output constant current to magnetic powder brake, the tension controller made the tension of coiled material constant. The diagram of interface circuit of transducer measure and magnetic powder brake control is presented in the paper.
