摘　　要： 介绍了唐山钢铁集团公司3500mm中厚板轧机采用的自主开发的二级计算机控制系统,其中的轧制过程轧件跟踪系统可根据检测仪表信号和控制信号对轧件进行跟踪,设有独立的Oracle跟踪用数据库以记录轧件信息,并通过人机界面对跟踪信息进行显示和跟踪修正,实现了轧制过程的自动跟踪。 Two-level computer control system is used on the new 3500mm Tanggang plate mill,including plate tracking function. The plates are tracked on line with measuring signal and controlling signal. Oracle database used solely as process racking is built up. The plate information is recorded and the plate tracking information is displayed and corrected through HMI. Automatic tracking is realized through rolling process, and the other process control function and manufacturing execution system are also guaranteed.
