马尾松木材纳米粒子溶出规律的研究

摘  要: 采用单因素试验法,分析马尾松溶出的纳米粒子特征,探索马尾松木材纳米粒子在索氏抽提、超声波抽提中的溶出规律.结果表明:(1)回归曲线显示,在索氏抽提过程中,马尾松木材纳米粒子溶出量随时间延长呈上升趋势,但增长趋势逐渐减弱;(2)在索氏抽提过程中,以体积分数为评价指标时,溶出的纳米粒子直径主要集中在50.7~142nm;以数量分数为评价指标时,溶出的纳米粒子直径主要集中在37.8~106nm;4800-6440nm、4150-5560nm的粒子数量极少而无法测试,其体积分数仅分别为0.8%和0.3%,但足以对木材渗透产生屏障、对制浆产生树脂障碍;(3)超声波抽提过程中,粒径在43.8~78.8nm之间的纳米粒子的体积分数为63.3%,粒径在32.7~58.8nm之间的粒子数占83.9%,而粒径在190-396nm之间的粒子体积占4.4%,但数量极少,由此可见,超声波抽提不仅可以增加马尾松木片纳米粒子的溶出量,而且可以降低纳米粒子的集聚程度。 Based on the single-factor method, the fresh pinus massoniana lamb shavings were treated in the sorbitic extractor and supersonic wave extractor. The extractives were analyzed by ZETA and STZER to find out the leaching rule of nano particles from pinus massoniana lamb wood, hence to obtain the way to lower the negative effect of turpentine. The results were following as: (1) the regression curve showed that the extraction mass increases when the extracting time extends in the sorbitic extractor; (2) diameters of leached nano particles distribute from 50.7 to 142 nm by volume evaluating indicator, and 37.8 to 106 nm by number evaluating indicator in the sorbitic extractor. The particles with diameters of 4800-6440nm and 4150-5560nm are too few to test, and their volume are only 0.8% and 0.3% respectively, however, they can bring barrier of wood extractives on wood permeability and obstructive action of wood turpentine on pulping; (3) the volume of the particles with diameter of 43.8-78.8nm was 63.3%, the number of the particles with diameter of 43.8-78.8 nm was 83.9%, and the volume of 190-396 nm particles is 4.4%, but its number was very less. Therefore, not only extraction mass is increased but also the grouping number of leached nano particles from pinus massoniana lamb is lowered in supersonic wave extractor.
