摘 要: 采用共沉淀法制备了药物载体羧甲基壳聚糖改性纳米四氧化三铁(Fe3O4)磁性液体。对一步法(合成Fe3O4颗粒和表面改性同时反应)和两步法(先合成再改性)制备的样品通过X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、热重分析(TG)和磁化曲线测定等表征分析比较。改性水基磁性液体性能稳定,改性Fe3O4纳米颗粒粒径在25nm左右,饱和磁化强度为0.36A·m^2/kg,热重和红外分析显示一步法改性表面包裹量多于两步法,结果表明一步法较适合用于制备羧甲基壳聚糖改性的磁性液体. The magnetic liquids adsorpted with carboxymethyl chitosan by means of co-precipitation method was discussed and optimized. The sample made by the one-step(synthesis Fe3O4 particles and surface modification in the meantime) and two-steps(in different times) experiments were characterized by XRD, FTIR, TEM, TG and vibration magnetometer. The ferrofluid is stable and better. The diameter of modified nano-particles is about 25nm, and it's saturate magnetism strength as can be 0.36 A·m^2/kg. The weight percentage of carboxymethyl chitosan bound to Fe3O4 nanoparticles by TG and FTIR were estimated by one-step method is more than that by two-steps method. The results presented in this report show that one-step method are suitable to produce magnetic fluids modified by carboxymethyl chitosan.
