摘 要: 针对松嫩平原西南部环境严重恶化的情况,选择遥感信息和非遥感信息相结合的综合指标,应用层次分析—变权—灰色关联度复合模型(AHP-CW-GRAD)进行了生态安全动态评价,从而提高了生态安全指数的分辨率和分级的精度。评价结果表明:1989年该区各市县均处于弱安全状态(Ⅲ级),到2001年大安、乾安已转变为不安全状态(Ⅳ)。研究指出,在该区只要不断加强环境保护和生态恢复,生态安全可以向好的方向逆转。 Ecological security has become as a new research field since the 1990"s, and it has been extensively researched at home and abroad. It, however, is still at exploring stage. Considering the serious entironment degeneration in the southwest Songnen Plain in northeast China, in this paper the ecological security in the plain is evaluated based on the integrated indexes from both the RS information and non-RS information by applying the compound model of analytic hierarchy process - weight change - grey relation advantage degree (AHP-CW-GRAD), thereby the index distingguishability and the grading accuracy of the ecological security are increased. The evaluation results show that the ecological security of all the cities and counties in the study area was still in a safe state and at grade III in 1989, but it in Da'an and Qianb.n counties in 2001 was changed into an unsafe state and decreased to grade IV, that means that the ecology in the Songnen Plain is currently degenerated, and such situation has seriously threatened the environment on which the local residents rely for existence and the sustainable development. Fortunately, the ecological security of Baicheng City is increased because of building up some irrigation works in recent years. The study results reveal that the ecological security can be increased so far as the environmental conservation and ecological regeneration are enhanced.
