摘　　要： 结构方程模型(SEM)是社会科学领域广为应用的线性统计建模技术,尤其适用于外语教学与研究领域。SEM分析主要包括五个步骤,SEM分析软件的日益完善为研究人员带来很多便利。但在使用SEM分析数据时需要注意一些基本事项。 Structural equation modeling （SEM） is a linear statistical modeling technique widely used in social science, which is particularly applicable in foreign language teaching and research. SEM analysis mainly involves five steps. The improvement increasingly made to SEM software has brought much convenience to researchers. However, cautions in the application of SEM should also be bom in mind.
