摘　　要： 邓小平作为中国共产党第二代领导集体的核心,对于官僚主义问题十分关注。针对官僚主义这一痼疾,他系统、全面地提出从发展生产力、改革政治体制、加强思想政治教育、发展教育科技文化等四个方面加以克服,为我们探索克服官僚主义提供了锐利的思想理论武器。 As the core of China＇s second generation of collective leadership,Deng Xiaoping payed great attentior to bureaucracy.In light of the various bureaucracy,he proposed settements from four aspects：the development of the productive forces,political system reformation,strengthening the ideological education and developing the science, technology and culture,supplyed us to explore and eliminate bureaucracy with a powerful theoretical weapon.
