摘　　要： 性灵派和肌理派代表着乾嘉诗坛两种不同的诗歌创作倾向,深刻影响清诗的发展走向。论者多将二者并论,且多将二者的关系定性为相抗衡。通过对相关资料的分析和归纳可以看出,“肌理派与性灵派抗衡说”是一种事实根据不足、逻辑不严密的一种观点,故仍需寻绎充分必要的材料对其予以进一步探析。 XingLing School and JiLi School are the representative trends contemporarily in Qing Dynasty,and have great influences on the development of the later poem.Critics tend to discuss them together and qualify them for contradiction.It is concluded through some materials that the theory of contradiction between XingLing School and JiLi School is foundation unstably and imprecision logically,and we need search for more indispensable materials to study further.
