摘　　要： 经济法是市场经济内在矛盾的必然产物,同时也是法对经济关系调整之历史发展的逻辑结果。自诞生之日起,经济法就承担起了民法和行政法无法承担的克服和弥补"市场失灵"和"政府失灵"等双重历史使命。经济法对构建我国的社会保障制度、维护公平竞争及社会主义和谐社会的建设有着深远的意义。 Economic Law is the inevitable outcome of the internal contradiction in market economy as well as the logic consequence of regulation of law upon economic relationship. Since its naissance, economic law has assumed two historical mission, namely, overcoming and compensating the failure of Market and the failure of the Government, which Civil Law and Administrative Law fail. Economic Law is supposed to play a significant role in the establishment of social security system, safeguarding fair competition and the construction of harmonious society.
