摘　　要： 邓小平的师德观,特别凸现了教师要热爱人民的教育事业、终生献身教育事业、自觉做到教书育人、关怀热爱每一个学生、诲人不倦等核心要求,既准确地把握了教师职业的特点,也很好地继承了中国传统师德的合理内核。在当前社会转型、各种利益冲突加剧、教师道德面临多方面挑战的今天,重温邓小平同志有关师德的这些论述,对我国的教师道德建设具有重要的现实意义。 Thoughts of Deng Xiaoping to teacher＇ s professional moral, specially emphasizes as follows： teacher must be devotion to people＇ s educational undertakings in his whole life, loving everybody of his students, teaching and breeding forever. It＇ s according with the feature of teacher profession, caning on good traditions. These will be beneficial to the construction of the current teacher＇s professional moral in the period of society transform.
