复合四倍体彭泽鲫雌核发育生殖方式的胚胎同工酶证据
ISOZYME EVIDENCES FOR GYNOGENETIC REPRODUCTIVE MODE IN EMBRYOGENESIS OF THE MULTIPLE TETRAPLOID PENGZER CRUCIAN CARP

摘  要: 分别用母本种彭泽鲫和父本种尖鳍鲤的精子与复合四倍体彭泽鲫的卵子受精,得到2种胚胎FP和FS.采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳技术对2种胚胎10个时期的5种同工酶(LDH、MDH、ME、SOD和EST)进行比较分析.结果表明:2种胚胎的5种同工酶表型在谱带上完全一致,不同来源的精子对胚胎的同工酶表型没有影响;复合四倍体彭泽鲫可能继承了母本种的雌核发育生殖方式. The multiple tetraploid pengze crucian carp is the special individuals found in the offspring of pengze crucian carp stimulated by sea carp, Cyprinus acutidorsalis sperm. In this paper, eggs of the multiple tetraploid pengze crucian carp were artificial fertihzed by the sperms from maternal parent (pengze crucian carp ) and paternal, parent (sea carp), respectively. Two kinds of embryo FP and FS were used in the experiments. The patterns of expressions in five isozymes (LDH, MDH, ME,SOD and EST) were investigated in 10 embryogenetic stages of FP and FS, respectively, used by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that all the five isozymes detected in this paper did not show apparent differences between the two embryos, FP and FS. It is implied that the multiple tetraploid pengze crucian carp inherits the gynogenetic reproductive mode of it' s maternal parent.
