竹杆、马尾松茎木质材料超薄切片技术

摘  要: 介绍竹杆、马尾松茎木质材料超薄切片的制备方法,实验表明竹杆用氢氟酸浸泡11 d或用3%NaOH+15%Na2SO3水溶液高压3 h的软化处理后,马尾松茎经高压水煮5 h后用1∶1酒精和甘油混合液浸泡48 h的软化处理后,均可用玻璃刀切出厚度为50 nm左右的切片,并可获得较理想的电镜照片。阐明了一般木本植物和一些特殊的木质材料超薄切片制备方法的机理。 A preparation method of ultrathin slicing of bamboo and Pinus massoniana stems was illustrated. The experiment shows that the stems of bamboo can be cut at about 50 nm with a glass cutter after softening treatment for 3 h by high pressure steaming in the mixture of 3%NaOH and 15%Na2SO3, or soaking the sample in hydrofluoric acid solution for 11 d. The stem ofP. massoniana can be cut at about 50 nm with a glass cutter after softening treatment for 5 h by high pressure steaming and then soaking the sample in the mixture of alcohol and glycerol ( 1: 1 ) for 48 h. In addition, desirable ultra-structure photographs of the hard wood materials are obtained and the preparation mechanism of the ultrathin slicing for both general and some special ligneous plants are discussed.
